I graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2003 with a first class honours degree.  I then went about fulfilling my dream of providing evidence based and efficient treatment for spine related disorders to the community of Aberystwyth, my home town in Mid Wales. I was a DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) and a full member of The British Chiropractic Association and The Royal College of Chiropractors until 2025.

I have been the regional tutor for The Royal College of Chiropractors and part of the lecturing staff at The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales, and am currently the role External Examiner for the undergraduate programme.

In my spare time I like reading, watching movies, Formula One, music, running, travelling, learning French, cooking, bread making, craft beer (drinking), Luton Town F.C...and of course my family!
